Returns
Your complete satisfaction with your Straddle game is important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the order for a prompt and full refund. Simply re-package the game and ship.

For the Holiday Season, our 30-day return policy is extended. Orders from November to December 31 may be returned through January 31.

We gladly accept a return if the Straddle game is in re-saleable condition. The game must be in a new, or like-new, condition in its original box with the mat, spinner and booklet.

We regret we cannot accept a return that is not in its original condition, unless it arrived damaged. If your package was delivered damaged, please see the Damaged Items section below. In the unlikely event you received a defective game, please see the Defective Items section below.

Credit
Upon receipt of the Straddle game, we will refund the price of the game along with any applicable sales tax. Regretfully, we do not refund shipping or gift-wrapping charges. You are responsible for any return shipping charges unless you received a damaged or defective game. Please see the Damaged or Defective Items sections below.

All eligible refunds are made to the original purchaser, using the original form of payment, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your return has been received and processed. If you ordered through Google Checkout or PayPal, you can view the status of your return in your Google or PayPal account. If your refund does not appear in your account within the 30 days from our receipt of the returned order, please contact us by e-mail at CustomerService@StraddleTheGame.com or call us at 1-617-398-3039, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST for further assistance. Also, you can track the return shipping using the tracking number provided by your carrier.

Any Straddle game received that is not in re-saleable condition, except a damaged or defective game, will be returned without credit.

Damaged Items
If you received your Straddle game damaged due to shipping, you must contact our customer service as soon as possible to get a replacement or refund. By contacting us, we may be able to replace damaged parts quickly without you having to re-ship the damaged game back to us.

If we do need you to ship the damaged game back, we will ask you to repackage the unopened Straddle game and ship the package using USPS Media Mail.

Once we receive the game and validate the damage, we will send you a replacement along with a reimbursement for your return shipping cost, at the USPS Media Mail rate. Or if you would prefer, we will refund the price of the game, any applicable taxes and the original shipping cost as well as your return shipping cost, at the USPS Media Mail rate.

Defective Items
In the unlikely event you received a defective game, you must contact our customer service as soon as possible to get a replacement or refund. By contacting us, we may be able to replace defective parts quickly without you having to re-ship the defective game back to us.

How to Return
Please follow these steps:

Fold the Straddle mat neatly and place the spinner, mat and booklet into the original Straddle box. All items must be returned in a new, or like-new, condition to ensure a refund.

Place the repacked Straddle game in the original shipping box, or another box if you prefer. Please remove all old shipping labels from the outside of the box. Pack the game securely in the shipping box using paper to protect the game from opening or damage during shipping.

Please include a note with your name, order number, street address, email address, phone number (optional), and the reason for return. If this is a damaged or defective return, please indicate if you would like a refund or replacement.

Securely tape the shipping box closed, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box, and return to:

In the United States, we recommend you use USPS Media Mail for the best shipping value. Please keep your USPS receipt for your package tracking number. You are responsible for the return shipping charges, except for a damaged or defective game.

Any shipment returned to us as undeliverable or any shipment refused will be refunded less the actual shipping and handling charge.
